Remember 2 weeks ago when a newborn baby was found abandoned along an east side walking trail?

Police have now arrested 21-year-old Hernsley Pierre, who investigators say is the baby’s father. Court documents say the mother was 15.

Pierre allegedly claimed she lied about her age and told him she was 17 and about to turn 18.
But investigators say he later learned she was 15 and continued having sex with her anyway.

I now have confirmation that he came here illegally in 2024.
