The veteran Democratic strategist, famous for helping elect Bill Clinton, spent years warning that the party risked alienating ordinary voters with cultural excess. This week he went further, branding a rising faction inside the Democratic Party with language that would make most consultants flinch.
Carville zeroed in on what he called “overeducated little White turds” who, in his view, talk down to the very voters Democrats claim to champion.
The trigger was a remark from an unnamed progressive politician suggesting that even celebrated Black civil-rights figures were somehow entangled in American imperialism. Carville’s response was pure sarcasm laced with contempt. He mocked the idea that John Lewis or Martin Luther King Jr. were mere puppets of a corrupt system, then sharpened the attack.
These people, he said, believe their history is more glorious than that of the people they claim to liberate. They rank Lenin higher than King or Frederick Douglass. “They think they know more than you do,” Carville warned Black voters and centrist liberals. “They think they know what’s better for you than you know what’s better for you.” The only “movement” these activists have, he added in characteristic bluntness, is a bodily one.
The comments arrive against a backdrop of growing influence for the Democratic Socialists of America and candidates who embrace far-left positions on immigration, policing, and foreign policy. Carville has watched the trend with mounting alarm. He has previously floated the idea that the party may need a formal schism to keep radicals from capturing its machinery. His latest broadside makes clear he sees the problem as more than electoral math. It is, in his telling, a form of intellectual condescension dressed up as moral superiority.
Carville’s critique lands with extra force because it comes from inside the house. He is not a conservative media figure hunting for soundbites. He is a lifelong Democrat who still wants the party to win. That makes the branding more damaging. When a strategist who once defined “It’s the economy, stupid” now describes a wing of his own coalition as paternalistic ideologues who prefer Soviet dictators to American civil-rights heroes, the message is hard to dismiss as partisan noise.
Polls already show Democrats tilting further left on economic ideology, with more party voters now viewing socialism favorably than capitalism. Carville’s warning is that this shift is not merely policy disagreement. It is a cultural and historical reorientation that treats the American story itself as the problem and imported radical traditions as the solution.

The so- called 'educated' like their hat of superiority that they wield above us. They are just so superior to those of us who love God and America, who do not move from our stance of morality as a permanent foundation for life. Flexing sexuality does not fit. Nor does any form of communism or Islam fit as equal to anything except to the demonic realm..

They ALL studied hard, memorized, then regurgitated EVERYTHING thrown at them; passed all their exams and grabbed that degree in their grubby little hands - - - walked off the stage and promptly FORGOT EVERYTHING!!
It looks as if all over the world people are looking for change, any change as long as it's different from what is.
I look at Hungary who had Orban protecting them from making the same mistake as Western Europe....so they elected a weak replacement who will bend knee and let in the Muslims. The over educated in Hungary felt it's better to have Muslims over Putin (those weren't their only choices, they could have gone with independent of both) ....ignoring their history and how difficult it was to get rid of the Turks way back when.
The over educated, the so called intellectual in America is enamored with communism, they don't want to work, they want everything given to them, a promise of the garden of Eden, it spread so far that I no longer hear "it will never happen in America", instead they turned the Democrats into commies, took over the entire party. I see a civil war coming, its looming over us with the democrat party packed with communists and Muslims against the constitution! It will be a war, bloody or not depends mainly on how successful we are cleaning up voting.
I agree, Ilona. We the people don't want anything communist like social security entitlements, worker rights, other handouts, etc etc. America is built in capitalism, on individual responsibilty, on hard work, not on government handouts.
