It is so hot right now in Southern California that my air conditioner cannot keep up with the hot temperatures of 109 constantly day after day after day California is running out of clean drinking water because the two main reservoirs are running dry the Colorado River has no water or very little water. Yeah California is sitting on their ass and doing nothing about it. They have 100 billion in surplus and just want to use it to pay off voters.

Rather than repairing an upgrading the electrical grid system what they should be doing they're passing it up passing it on to the users this is how the Democrats deal with problems we have the same problem in California we have 100 billion dollar surplus and rather than put it in the grid system and our water system they're paying off voters.
