Aundre Matthews, 18, a Baytown Sterling High School student, is accused of fatally stabbing Andrew Meismer, 16, with a pair of scissors on campus
Officials said the st*bbing happened during a fight over a $21 vape pen
Matthews told officers he followed Meismer to a bathroom
He said he searched Meismer’s pockets for the vape pen and instead found a pair of scissors
Prosecutors said the confrontation moved back into the empty classroom
Matthews allegedly pulled out the scissors and st*bbed Meismer in the neck during a fight
