A Biden-appointed judge dismissed the Trump administration's lawsuit challenging New York's Green Light Law, allowing the state to continue issuing driver's licenses to illegal aliens.
U.S. District Judge Anne M. Nardacci ruled that the DOJ—which filed suit in February against Gov. Kathy Hochul and Attorney General Letitia James—did not sufficiently demonstrate that the law violates federal supremacy, improperly regulates the federal government, or discriminates against it.
