This is not meant to be racist, it is meant to be a legitimate Constitutional question.
In essence, does the equal protection clause actually protect equally and blindly with regards to race?
Does the Civil Rights Act protect all races as stated, or does it discriminate?
I Found this question on the internet and it made me think. What do you think?
There is no difference between an all blacks (blacks only) university and a proposed whites only university, especially if they both receive Federal Funding.
Under current circumstances no (whites only) schools exist. On May 17,1954, the Supreme Court issued it's landmark ruling in Brown v Board of Education declaring segregation in public schools Unconstitutional.
Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination in public schools because of race, color, or national origin. Public schools include elementary schools, secondary schools, and public colleges and universities.
The following is a brief history of race discrimination in education, including relevant legislation and case law.
Education and Title VI of The Civil Rights Act of 1964; This law said that if a student or education program received federal funding, it couldn’t discriminate on the basis of race. This meant school districts had to make sure all students were treated equally.
Therefore, unless the black only schools are banned or opened to all races, the white only schools are or should be legal under the Civil Rights Act using the same provisions the Black Only Schools use to exist..
To say otherwise is to violate equal protection clauses of the Constitution, and specific sections of the Civil Rights Act should the government try to forcefully shut down or prevent a whites only university.
So, someone should propose a white only school close to a black only school, and see which way the Federal Government addresses the situation..
I know this is going to cause a lot of controversy, but it is a basic question our Republic needs to deal with.
I want to see comments both pro and con.

There SHOULD BE no real controversy. Yet, there is.
You have brought it into the light. It cannot be fine to discriminate against Whites and at the same tme, protect Blacks from discrimination. Therefore, this is unlawful, illlegal and morally wrong. Racism is not blind, but Justice IS blind. Blacks need no more or no less protection that Whites or any other race. So, protecting them is actually the same as calling them an inferior race. Not up to the task. It is insulting and degrading to them, as it would be if the tables were turned.
It's not just blacks, it's any race the elitists decide they can m ake a plausible case out of to foster guilt in some, and rage in other races to hide their real objectives.
True. And if it's not race, it's world view. Only those who hate America are welcome, everyone else is a racist.
It almost seems like a curse.
It is a curse, the curse of elites destroying the warp and woof of society to gain more control and money until they are the sole dictators. what they have done is blind the people not only of America, but the world. Pretending that compassion and fair play demands some sort of protection and they jave scapegoated Western Civilization the same way every dictator thruout history has needed a scapegoat to further their ends.
The Civil Rights Act did not stop Racism or Racist Activty, all it did was shift the onus from one sector of society to another sector. Thje elites need us to keep infighting so they can safely control us with as little threat to them as is possible.
And under it all is the one world DS, whose cover is the UN and their Agenda 30/50 OWG.
