  • Nice optic... but we don't need to remove the shields keeping the DEEP STATE in business... We need to remove the operatives of the deep state?

In addition... Congress and its commissions, boards, or committees may not use their legislative authority to remove the Constitutional powers granted to one of the other two branches of the federal government ...

The Executive Power of the President to manage... hire, promote, transfer, demote, fire, or discipline Federal Employees... appointed or career civil service... are Constitutional Powers given to the President.  Constitutional powers may only be changed by the Amendment process... not statutory legislation.

The Courts may not change Constitutional powers through Judicial review (case law)... or by redefining Constitutional Powers.  Such 'Bad Behavior' constitutes Constitutional BAD CONDUCT and is cause for the immediate removal from the bench... by the President's order, using executive power.  Any Judge removed for Bad Conduct may attempt to be reinstated via appeal to the Courts.  Unlike Impeachment, such removal would be subject to appeal and review by the Courts.

Presidents appoint Judges with the consent and advice of Congress... However, THEIR APPOINTMENT and CONTINUED SERVICE ARE SUBJECT TO GOOD BEHAVIOR... as determined by the authority appointing them... the President.  Any appeal by a dismissed judge may be made thru theCourt;s.

See Article 3, Section 1. Clause 1 of the US Constitution... Judges DO NOT HAVE LIFE-TIME APPOINTMENTS... their continued service is predicated on their GOOD BEHAVIOR... as determined by the agents of their appointment... Congress may remove a Judge by Impeachment and the President by Executive Order/authority (subject to appeal)

    • PS

Civil Service boards, commissions, rules, and regulations do not supersede Constitutional Power and Authority...  The Deep State's assertion that a career civil servant may challenge the executive powers of the President to manage the business and agents of the Government is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and out of Control.

If the President decides to remove a civil servant... any grade... there is no Constitutional authority to override such action.  IMPEACHMENT OF THE PRESIDENT is the Constitutional recourse for a President out of control and abusing his powers.

We must allow the President a full range of Executive authority to manage the federal government and ALL of its agents and civil servants.

    • Clear as a Bell!
