🚨A Honduran non-citizen taunted an ICE agent about midterms, then got charged with fraudulently registering to vote in California.

Darwin Jonathan Rivera Flores, 30, of Winnetka, is a Honduran national and lawful permanent resident. He is not a U.S. citizen.

Federal prosecutors say he still checked the citizenship box and registered in Los Angeles County on November 4, 2025. DOJ says he has not voted. He is charged with making a false claim to U.S. citizenship and fraudulent voter registration.

Each count carries up to five years if convicted, plus deportation risk.

He already had a record with ICE. He pleaded guilty earlier this year to disrupting immigration operations at a federal building in Camarillo and got a year of probation.

Then he texted an agent. "Your not the good guy." "I can’t wait until the mid terms you dont have qualified immunity then we can start and indict all you guys one bye one."

The agent looked him up. The registration was sitting there with "United States of America" listed as his birthplace. There is no record he ever sought or received citizenship.

He said states that let non-citizens register and get mail ballots have no idea how many more names are on the rolls.
