I do not agree. Vattel has always been the standard, and it is a common sense standard. It is documented in The Law of Nations and has been the source since 1758. It is only this age and era of such complete idiocy and antiChrist evil that people can no longer think logically and believe some migrant homo marxist from kenya qualifies to our highest office or some whore can qualify whose mouth runs without saying anything.

From a common sense perspective it is pure common sense that blood and soil are the 2 criteria as applied to Father, Mother and Child and as to to where and how each was born. Three people are involved and there is no denying that fact. Plus the 'where.' So that makes 4 criteria.

The Founders also made clear that in the case of our founding era, no one qualified, so they exempted themselves from disqualification---or no one could have been President and that is documented as well.

So they handled it from the end forwards and Vattel detailed it from the beginning our front into the future, if that makes sense.

And the Constitution itself requires the highest level of Citizenship with no competing loyalties. Competing loyalties qualify as Treason.
