We found a SECOND, previously undisclosed, X account belonging to D.C. Bar Disciplinary Counsel Jack Metzler.

Like the one cited in DOJ's suit against the D.C. Bar about @JeffClarkUS, this one contains clear indicia of political bias.

The account links w/ Metzler's Gmail.

This one, from Jan. 6 2021, uses a still image from a pornographic movie to insinuate that @TedCruz was sexually aroused by the events at the Capitol that day. The depth to which Metzler was willing to stoop in his political witch hunt and extreme bias against Republicans knows no limit.

Another tweet accuses President Trump of using the U.S. Constitution for toilet paper, entirely ignoring the Biden Autopen presidency and Jack Smith’s weaponized prosecutions.

He called people who opposed President Obama racists and called President Trump a “corrupt, evil buffoon.”

This tweet, following the Unite the Right Rally in Charlottesville, VA (for which the SPLC allegedly paid an informant hundreds of thousands of dollars to organize and attend) doesn’t condemn political violence b/c its wrong, but because he’s concerned about a “crack down.”

He had critical remarks for Steve Bannon (@Bannons_WarRoom)

He also had strong words for democracy betraying his elitist view that only leftwingers should control our society.

The DOJ’s lawsuit against the D.C. Bar raises serious concerns about Metzler’s biased social media practices. This new discovery adds fuel to the blazing inferno underscoring how the D.C. Bar’s case against @JeffClarkUS should be thrown out.
