Families that receive food stamps and have children qualify for the complimentary breakfast and lunch programs and in some states Dinner meals... why do they get food stamps AND SCHOOL MEALS for their children. In addition, they can receive COMMODITIES from the USDA... they eat better than low to middle-income families who are not on these programs and rely on subsistence wages and local charitable food pantries if they can manage to beat the food stamp crowd in line before the commodities are all gone... shame... shame on th greed and avarice driving these people... Rumor has it that some of these individuals sell their food stamps for cash to pay for drugs... leaving children hungry.

Taking from some to give to another, is theft and is not the role of government. In government's hands it is Marxist redistribution. In the hands of the Church, the family and the individual, it is charity.
