I just do not see what the problem with ABORTION is!!!  

1. NOT one word in the US Constitution is the word ABORTION use or referred to.

2. With all the sex education that is in schools now there is no reasion for any female not to know about getting pregnant or NOT getting pregnant. 

3. At the time of Roe v Wade, the Judges made their decisions basses on the info that they had at that time.

4. Today DNA is a World Standard to Identify ONE PERSON on our planet. 

5. There is NO LEAGLE identification as to when a Identified DNA Starts or Stops.

6. ALL babies have identifiable DNA at the time of conception which also gives them Constitutional Rights and the RIGHT TO LIFE.

7. ALL persons performing abortions should be charged with Firstdegree Homicide and the Mother charged with Accessory to Homicude .

8. A medical panel will need to get a court Judge approval to perform an abortion in the need of the mothers medical or mental needs or the baby's medical problem needs.

This can all be done with existing laws and Case Law:

A. A person on death roe is found not guilty from DNA  evidence and is acquitted of the charge.

B. A person shoots or stabes a pregnant woman in the stomach, killing both  and is convicted of a double Homicide. 

C.  There needs to be a conviction of a woman for acting socially uncivilized and being STUPID  for having un protected sex or not being on birth control FIRST and producing an unwanted human life.

...so....what is the problem???
