The Constitution gives Pres. Trump the power to remove all appointed (Commissioned) Officers of the Federal Government... inferior federal judges included. See Article 2, Section 3 (commissions) of the US Constitution.
The President may REVOKE HIS appointment/commission with or without cause... He doesn't need Congress or the Court's approval... He has direct Constitutional authority to terminate his commission.
Revoke the Commissions of all activist judges... have those who resist, removed forcibly, where necessary ... in handcuffs... for all to see. Charge the Judges who committed extreme cases of judicial activism with insurrection and hold them for trial in Guantanamo.
Don't expect legal counsel to agree... or the DOJ to act on your removal orders... just do it, and where opposition to your order surfaces... fire the offending parties. Get tough... stay focused and clean house.
At this point, the judiciary is the biggest problem and President Trump needs to assume authority over it. He already controls the executive and the legislative branch, he needs to do the same with the judiciary. Any judge disloyal to President Trump needs to be removed at once.
I would argue this is our biggest problem. It is tyranny from unelected tyrants. Our fouders would have known what to do.

Remove this judge... revoke his Presidential commission as a Federal Judge... ending his legal rght to hold public office... as a Judge. The US Constitution clearly states the President is the Chief Executive Officer and COMMISSIONS all individuals appointed to public office... He is also the only Constitutional officer with the power to revoke commissions appointing government officials..
Revoke this Judge's Presidential Commission as a federal Judge... and forcibly remove him from the courthouse... if he resists removal, charge him with obstruction of a federal agent. If he makes any physical attempt to avoid removal ... charge him with assault of a law enforcement officer... throw the proverbial book at him.
If Trump continues to allow open rebellion and judicial insurrection... we will lose our Constitutional Republic to those with a greater will to persevere in the battle for our Nation.
When one declares they are going to radicaly reform government... reorganize its agencies and fire thousands... they damn well had better be ready for a street fight... SO FAR, TRUMP IS NOT.
Strange you should mention "revoke the commissions" again; I wrote a short, "personal" letter to President Trump, last week. Basically, thanking him for "Promises made, promises kept" and was able to address the issue of activist jurists and revocation of their commissions!
I did address the envelope as "Personal" and I am just waiting to see if I actually get any response from him. I also included my phone number. If I actually hear something, I will let you know.

The US Senate's advice and consent to a presidential commission is just that... advice... The President retains the power to revoke his commission/appointment at WILL... any time. Judges are subject to presidential revocation of thier appointment by the presidential commission.
Fire the Judge and any pertifoggers who disagree with a president's right to revoke his appointments... commissions.
