I think it would be better not to pass any bills but of course Pelossi will try. If the Democrats keep doing this, the Republicans (all the Republicans) in the Senate should not show up. Then no bills would be enacted. To vote on any bill, there must be at least a majority (which doe snot include the Vice President); therefore no bill could be enacted. I would suggest the Republicans just stay home until after the 2022 elections. But they have to make it known why they are doing it.
