Ah yes [according to TRAITOR GARLAND]- freedom of speech is an attack on our Government. Walking into the People's House (as the great majority of the people who were arrested did) - which the Capital is - is an attack on our freedom. Being arrested even though you were not near the Capital, is attack on freedom. IMO Merrick Garland is the attack on our freedom and on our Republic.
