Department regulation becomes DISCRETIONARY for Democrats and manditory for Republicans... look for Garland to claim it is within his discretionary power to appoint whomever he wants. Therefore his appointments are always legal.
It shoujld be obvious by now that the next election will be TOTALLY RIGGED... if these Marxist Democrats are permitted to rig Grand Juries, and prosecute faux crimes that are not criminal acts... They certainly will rig the election or create a national emergency and conceal the elections until they determine it safe to have elections... if Trump is on the ballot we shoujld expect revolt, riots, massive election, and voter fraud.
