A state of war exists... Approved by the Democrats and endorsed by the GOP... Where is the House's CR declaring a state of war exists along our Southern border... with such a CR the States can mount a defense without the US military. or the President's approval. The States would be acting under Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, and Article 4, Section 4 of the US Constitution. The States have been invaded and are under such imminent threat that a clear and present danger to our national security will not permit any further delay in the defense of our sovereignty.
The States have petitioned and applied for federal support in the defense of their borders only to be ignored... Congress must now atct. A default state of war exists between a proxy army of belligerent migrants who are invading the USA, all along our Southern Border. It is time for the House of Representatives to pass a CR declaring a State of War exists, thus authorizing the several states to defend our border until properly relieved by Federal Troops.
The several States may defend theIr borders and interior territory under the authority of such a CR. The states would be Constitutionally permitted to mount a coordinated and armed defense of the border and their interiors as needed to maintain good order and a republican form of government... until the Federal troops 'properly' relieved them.
Force the issue GOP...or be seen as supporting the invasion... The GOP has a majority in the House, and it doesn't need the President's signature or the Senate's approval to pass a House CR... declaring a state of war exists on our southern border. Once the CR is issued the states can use LETHAL FORCE OF ARMS TO HALT THE ILLEGAL ENTRY OF BELIGERANT ALIENS, and if properly worded pursue, detain, and DEPORT the belligerent illegal migrants, wherever they are found in the USA.
If the GOP/RNC does nothing... they clearly identify as the problem... and every one of them needs to be removed from office as they certainly are not keeping their oath of office or their Constitutional duty to guarantee the States a republican form of government and too prottect them from INVASION... see Article 4, Section 10, clause 3.
