America's problems are greater than the sum of its parts... its corrupt officials... it is structural. Whenever elections, impeachment, expulsion, criminal prosecution, and corruption are working to keep the rightful sovereigns... the PEOPLE From governing... the process for correcting such structural failure requires monumental and radical change.
An Article 5 Convention provides the legal venue and Constitutional power needed to reform our structurally crippled government... An Article 5 Convention puts the means of reform directly in the hands of the States and the PEOPLE... not the corrupt political class or their compromised political parties and the failed institutions of government...
Our last and best hope for government reform rests in the State Capitols... and with the people's legislatures of the soverign states... Let the States give notice to DC that their robbery and days of looting are over... get ready to dress in orange and to hang from the high places in our town squares.
An Article 5 Convention can be used to hit the 'RESET BUTTON' on government... Pass and ratify A RECALL AND TERM LIMITS AMENDMENT in Convention. FIRE every member of the sitting government (elected and appointed) judges included, subject to new elections and appointments... Initiate an all-new season in government... a season with an all-new cast, writers, and directors... a production that answers to a new set of sponsors, and begin a new season of excellence in American government.

You are correct... The three branches of government have all been coopted by Marxist plants and socialist sympathizers... we must not have another election that yields more of the same... government by dictate and a Marxist insurgency.
Those individuals with the means to influence the engines of commerce and government... Those with wealth and political contacts need to understand that returning our government to its constitutional role is no longer an option. They must either commit to restoring our governmetn or get ready to watch all their wealth and power be coopted by a Marxist system of government. Any cockamamie idea that one can negotiate a better deal than our Constitution has already provided them is simply insane. One doesn't dance with the Devil to any other tune than his own...
Those among the ruling elite who think to achieve a 'great reset'... whereby, the wealthy dictate and stabilize government are historically and mathematically challenged. The multitudes will simply not permit it to occur, and any attempt to reduce the world's population to levels the elite can control ignores reality and the historic instinct mankind has for survival... The great reset will also end badly for a plutocracy of the wealthy.
Article 5 or a constitutional convention only gives opportunity for the deep state to reimagine our constitution to be the way they want it. Be advised once the convention is approved there is NO citizen control of the work done or the outcome; aka further freedom losses! I believe we need to make the uniparty adhere to what we already have. Please be careful of what you ask for.
I was once of your frame of mind concerning an Article 5 convention... However, the state of the Union is such that the MINIMAL RISK... from an Article 5 convention is much less than the actual damage taking place, and the certain destruction that awaits us just around the corner is no longer uncertain. We no longer have the luxury of exercising the normal legislative or electoral processes to save our Constitutional Republic.
Remember the people still have a check on the product of an Article 5 convention... all proposed Amendments must be RATIFIED by 3/4ths of the State Legislatures ... that is a very high bar to make and the State Legislatures are the PEOPLE"S safety check on a runaway convention.
They would just ignore any move of the convention of states, they already ignore the constitution when it doesn't serve their purposes. Sadly it will probably take a civil war to reign them in if that would even be possible
We must not let our enemy dictate how we manage our government... whenever a government becomes so oppressive that the people are left with no other means to guarantee their liberty and security... they are justified in establishing such measures and government agency to secure their liberty and secuirty.
First, by lawful and peaceful means, the people must appeal to their government... stating their grievances and appealing for peaceful reforms...Finally, and only after suffering a long chain of government abuses, should the People resort to extra-constitutional means to secure their rightful liberty and security.
Least government is the best government. Legislators have abdicated their power to unelected bureaucrats for decades which has led to an infusion of tidal proportions into government agencies and "committees". The Federal government is so burdensome with needless and useless paper-shufflers and bloated payrolls, it's impossible to fire them because of communistic union interference.
Do what Reagan did fire the bums and tell the Unions they have no power to negotiate with a soverign government... throw them off federal property. If they go on strike fire them... and hire one of the millions of unemployed and or underemployed US Citizens. Don't blink, and tell the courts they have no jurisdiction or CONSTITUTIONAL STANDING in the matter. If they persist let them do so from behind bars.
