American Rancher shares HUGE threats to our National Security
- JBS and National Beef are 2 of the largest beef producers here in the US, they are owned by Brazil
- Brazil also owns Cargill's Pork Production, which is the second largest pork producer here in the US (Cargill sold its US pork assets to JBS USA, a subsidiary of JBS S.A., a Brazilian company)- America’s largest pork processor and hog producer Smithfield Foods is owned by China. Smithfield Foods is 100% owned by WH Group Limited, a Chinese multinational company based in Hong Kong
- Only 4 meat packers control 85% of the American market, JBS and National Beef (Both owned by Brazil) along with Tyson and Cargill. This means roughly 50% of the American meat distribution is owned by Brazil

Well, we will have many foreign companies making things in the USA as so many companies are coming here. I don't mind foreigners owning some companies as long as they are making things here, growing and raising things here. I don't like to be dependent on getting our meats frozen traveling weeks by ship. I noticed more lately chicken is pretty much flavorless, and the brests are extremely dry, can't imagine how they are being raised and fed! I just started some this month along with ducks so we can have good eggs and food with flavor.
This is not safe. We need to be self-sufficient.
