🚨 An anti-MAGA group says its legal partners are exploring a PARALLEL VOTE COUNT outside government.
Seed the Vote’s own words:
“parallel vote counting infrastructure, separate from the government”
It cites Venezuela, Hungary and Serbia as precedents.
Here are the documents. 🧵The proposed count feeds into a broader strategy: win elections, independently validate the results, then mobilize to enforce them.
Organizing director Dylan Cooke writes:
“Gathering evidence matters only if it creates mass mobilization and mass outrage.”
He calls for nationwide “mass noncooperation.”Then there is INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION.
A separate Freedom Trainers manual promoted alongside Seed the Vote’s plan instructs:
“Gain international recognition.”
Its scenario: Congress refuses to seat election winners. Organizers would ask foreign allies to recognize incoming House and Senate leaders.
The same page calls for:
“Organize daily rallies and strikes at the Capitol until the winners are seated.”The connection between these documents is a donor memo.
On October 23, Movement Voter Project executive director Billy Wimsatt identified Seed the Vote as a grantee and promoted its plan.
The SAME paragraph links the 18-scenario guide and says movement leaders have trained to escalate nonviolently.
Both plans are being circulated together ahead of the midterms. Now the USAID connection.
Seed the Vote credits its strategic framework to Hardy Merriman.
His own biography says he was a senior technical adviser to USAID’s Powered by the People program from 2023–2025.
He also led the International Center on Nonviolent Conflict and served as an Atlantic Council fellow.
The group names him as the source of its framework. The USAID program Merriman advised carried a FIVE-YEAR, $45 MILLION award.
PartnersGlobal led the consortium. Members included the International Center on Nonviolent Conflict and CANVAS, the Centre for Applied Nonviolent Action and Strategies.
The Serbia connection goes back years.
Merriman coauthored CANVAS’s 2007 civil-resistance curriculum, published in BELGRADE, SERBIA.
His coauthors included Srdja Popovic and Slobodan Djinovic.
CANVAS later joined the USAID-funded consortium.ÂRead the whole story at
