The case needs to go before the US Supreme Court... and it needs to include new evidence that the January 6th hearings were predicated on FRAUD... and members of Congress sitting on the committee...contemptuous conduct by Congress.
Well, it makes sense. After all, didn't Hillary Clinton refuse to testify on her classified documents case? Didn't Hillary refuse to testify to Congress on Bengosi? Didn't Hunter Biden refuse to testify to a Congressional committee? None of these criminals were ordered to testify or go to jail. Why?
