Never happens....those who would determine what is unstable are unstable! They keep them in office when they are brain dead, Biden is the most recent example, Kay Granger congresswoman in memory care in Texas hasn't been to DC in about a year, Dianne Feinstein didn't know where she was toward the end. I'm sure there are more, and there are the emotionally disturbed, Ilan, Rashida, the woman from the Virgin Islands, the bald black woman......people keep electing them!
