A federal appeals court on Tuesday ruled that the Trump administration can move forward with expanding a procedure for quickly deporting undocumented immigrants while a lawsuit against the program moves forward.
A three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a preliminary injunction against the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) new rule that significantly expands the number of undocumented immigrants who can be deported without being able to make their case to an judge or accessing an attorney.
The panel majority ruled that a group of nonprofits had legal standing to bring the lawsuit but that immigration law granting broad authority to DHS makes their case unlikely to succeed.
"There could hardly be a more definitive expression of congressional intent to leave the decision about the scope of expedited removal, within statutory bounds, to the Secretary’s independent judgment," Judge Patricia Millett wrote in the majority decision.

Foreign Nationals who enter the country illegally and give birth to a child transfer their own nationality to their child... there is no such statutory law affirming 'birthright' citizenship as being foisted on America by liberal ACLU lawyers... it is time to disbar such frivolous claims and to impeach federal judges who can't read and ignore Congressional debate that clearly removes any doubt that the 14th Amendment was never meant to establish birthright citizenship or constitutional rights to illegal aliens.

we've been dealing with the anchor babies for at least 4 or 5 decades, and have been inundated with people from all over the world using that to gain instant legal status!
when the immigrants demonstrate on May 1 every year demanding their "rights" I find it disturbing and upsetting. They are not even grateful to be here, with opportunities for gainful employment and to get training or schooling to better their lot in life. The prevailing attitude is very insulting!
My father, born here, raised us telling us we were living in the greatest country on earth where anything we wished to aspire to if we were willing to work hard enough we could attain, or at least get close to! He flew the American flag 🇺🇸 outside our home every day! He reminded us to always be grateful.

My own paternal grandparents came here through Ellis Island. They had to have medical checks, background checks, and adults or a family to sponsor them providing home and food, until they could become proficient in English and gainful employment as there was NO welfare, and if there was, they couldn't apply to receive it! And that's the way it should be!

As far as a matter of who is responsible for the entry of people coming across the US Mexico border without the exceptions of illegal entry, of courde thats why we have the Border Patrol to screen those entering our country according to laws on the books.
As far as the DACA children, they were on the Mexican side of the border before they came here.
The largest number were born in Mexico and therefore are Mexican citizens.
The Mexican government looked the otherway when all of that was taking place.
That does not make the US responsible for those people, to the contrary, the Mexican government is responsible for them.
So return them to Mexico to figure it out.

I lived in California for many years. I've seen 1000's of them. They vote illegally. And not just one vote, some vote 4 and 5 times. One of those voter could cancel out the votes of my whole family!
And they always vote for Democrats, who give them all the freebies (in exchange for the votes). They are not all from south of the boarder. I met a Romanian woman in the mall parking lot. Of course she had a toddler with her, and she was pregnant. She told me saved her money for a one way air ticket to Mexico, waited until she knew she was pregnant, flew into Mexico, hitchhiked up to the boarder and "jumped the boarder". I asked her if she got caught. She said yes, but as soon as she told them she was pregnant - they let her go! then she hitched up to Atlanta, and waited there until she gave birth! Now she's home free!
I've also met many dozens of Chinese, who also fly in pregnant, on a tourist visa, wait in hiding until labor, go to the emergency room to give birth where they acquire a birth certificate for the baby, and then the chain migration for her family starts. A house not 3 miles from us was busted, found to have 18 pregnant Chinese women, and the house was a pig sty. There are many houses in that city that are "BIRTHING HOUSES".
