The time to gain a work ethic is when you are a teen. If your first job is after college then it’s too late. There should be a minimum teen hourly wage so they can gain the valuable work ethic while attending school. Every kid should experience the responsibility of having a job.

Yes! The tradesmen and blue collar workers are much more valuable then almost all college grads .
