Pres. Trump lawfully challenged the Electoral Vote... However, those challenges did not matter as the Courts and Congress failed to permit the challenges to be heard, Ultimately, a Joint Session of Congress certified the electoral vote in favor of Biden.... ending any Constitutional right to further challenges.
Remember Congress in a joint session... with both political parties present, certified Biden's Electoral Votes, on January 6th, 2021... without hearing all of the challenges to the Electoral Vote. Congress is quite capable of repeating the process again.
The MAGA movement doesn't control most of the state's key election officials... Precinct captains, judges, election monitors, etc are, for the better part, hand-picked or elected by party bosses... a majority of our election officials in key districts and states are Democrats.
Just because we have more players on the field doesn't mean we WIN... The 'Referees', line judges, and game officials, are fixing the outcome of the game... Wake up America our elections are not just rigged they are bought and paid for by an elite oligarchy of the wealthy... a new-age aristocracy that plays hardball and is not interested in letting our members have a turn at bat.
Congress will do nothing claiming they don't run state elections... BS, they may not be able to instruct the States on how to ADMINISTER A STATE OR EVEN A FEDERAL ELECTION.
HOWEVER... Congress can certainly legislate federal law to instruct states to deny all but US Citizens the right to vote...They are deflecting from their responsibility to regulate elections, claiming to be powerless to stop states from permitting illegal aliens the vote in federal elections.'I venture to say that based on the Constitution ... Congress can alter state voting regulations except for the times and places of such elections SEE: Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1 of the US Constitution.
The GOP is counting on the public not knowing how federal elections can be regulated... They want to blame the States for what they can correct. Congress can deny illegal aliens the right to vote. and if they do vote... Congress can refuse to seat those illegally elected. See Article 1, Section 5, Clause 1 of the US Constitution.

Congress needs to step in now, not later. No non-citizen should be allowed to vote; if they want to vote in our elections, apply for citizenship.
