The Five new Defendants: (1) Jennifer M. Sushka a/k/a "Jay Megan" (2) Damarcus Hughes a/k/a "Boogie Lowdown" (3) Sandra L. Butler a/k/a "Royalty" (4) Tumika Lasha Birch a/k/a "Tumika Lasha" (5) Isaiah Kelvin Harris a/k/a "theisaiahharris" As these suits unquestionably demonstrate, we will identify, pursue, and punish TikTokers, YouTubers, and other content creators who spread their libelous and slanderous poison far and wide online, wherever they may live (and we know where they live).
