The Maricopa County, Arizona Election Recorder Stephen Richer has rejected a legal request to remove non-citizens from the voter roll despite a drastic increase in voters who haven't provided proof of citizenship "This should be especially alarming since the number of voters who haven’t provided proof of citizenship and cannot be confirmed as citizens has increased by over 32% since last October in Maricopa County."

@merissahamiltonn via AZFreeNews America First Legal issued a letter to Arizona counties saying they must follow Arizona law, which requires voter registrants to show proof of citizenship. In his response letter through the county attorney, Richer ignored a core tenet of his job as a Recorder

It does not take a genius to figure this out. Ask yourself why do we have, in some cases, two months of early voting? Why do some states sent out absentee ballots to every citizen living in or outside the state? Why do we allow ballot drop boxes opposed to having voters come into an election office to drop off their ballots? Why do the Dems fight to keep states from scrubing their voter roles? Why do the Dems fight to make sure a voter does not have to show proof of citizenship or ID when showing up to vote? Until this country gets back to voting only on election day, only sending out absentee ballots to those who request them, only use paper ballots, and show a valid ID at the polling location, we will never back to a legal election. We need a federal election law for federal elections that enforces these tentets.

  We wouldn't accept these things for students taking tests, nor should any of this be acceptable for our country's citizens.
