‘Lawrence Smith, a former Baltimore City Schools Police Officer, was convicted of stealing $215,000 taxpayer dollars. Despite that a spokesperson for the Baltimore City Employee Retirement System says Smith will receive his pension.’

“Taxpayers are not entitled to know how much he'll receive, even if he's collecting that pension from jail.”
