Rebellious barbers gave Michigan’s leadership a bit of What For Wednesday.
On the lawn of the capitol, anti-lockdown protestors carried out “Operation Haircut.”
Organized by the Michigan Conservative Coalition, the hair-razing scheme was the latest shot in a bitter battle between frustrated residents and Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

As attendee David Dudenhoefer noted, partcipants “believe that if they can go to the grocery store and be safe, they can stand in the gas station line and be safe, then they can be safe while they’re working.”
Surely it’s an increasingly popular perspective.
In states such as Michigan, many small businesses are being kept closed — AKA severely damaged — by being declared “nonessential.”
But as Oregon salon owner Lindsey Graham recently and adeptly pointed out, every job is essential to the person who needs it.
