More evidence that the events of Jan. 6, 2100, were a false flag operation to ram through CERTIFICATION of the FRAUDULENT Electoral Vote for Biden is not necessary... All the evidence in the world is USELESS without an interested and qualified party to challenge the fraudulent Electoral Vote.
Speaker Johnson and the GOP need to submit a 'writ quo warranto' action... to challenge Biden's right to hold the Office of President. Based on the ever-growing mountain of evidence Biden failed to qualify for the Office of President and should be removed. Biden's right and authority to hold the Office of President must be challenged... one doesn't need to IMPEACH BIDEN to remove him... a successful 'writ quo warranto' action in a Court with the proper jurisdiction is all that is necessary.
What's new... Johnson is a documented LIAR and propagandist... willing to betray the public to do the bidding of his handlers... the Deep State.

This entire process has serious issues... with due process and the FIDELITY OF TRUMPS ATTORNEYS and support from the RNC/GOP at the top of the list of the problems.
I am appalled at the lack of the defense's efforts to quash these bogus indictments and trials. The open questions regarding the lawful basis for the indictments should have been fast-tracked to the SCOTUS... not left to fester in the grossly biased lower state and federal courts.
Given the importance, and impact these indictments bring to our judicial system... it is only prudent to expedite there standing; especially, the appeals of ligitimate motions to dismiss, change the venue, and remove the biased prosecutors, and judges. I would hate to think the defense was RUNNING UP THEIR FEES by prolonging what should have been dismissed
I totally agree with you. When an honest and squeaky clean person like President Donald J. Trump gets indicted, you know the judiciary is broken. When President Trump gets back into the White House, he will need to assume total authority over the judiciary and appoint the right kind of judges just like he did with SCOTUS. Only judges unquestionably loyal to President Trump and to the US Constitution need to apply.
