The Constitution specifically describes the qualifications and disqualifications of a presidential office holder, who would necessarily first need to be a qualified candidate. Lesser authority such as codified statute may not: add to, or redefine, or eliminate any portion of the Constitution unless the Constitution allows so, and in the manner the Constitution describes. Go check out Article 2, section 1 and section 4 to see the actual, as opposed to the heresay presented.

I understand Jeff. But the "authoritative " participants in the discussion do not couch their questions in hypotheticals, but rather viable possibilities. No possibility for valid claim exists in their assertions or suppositions about Trumps candidacy. The Constitution says what is. No other authority may contradict.
If the People foolishly listen and assume fact when information is not, then a travesty is repeated where their will is thwarted, and they themselves assist in it.

So with what you said is true than where are the angry people are at such as myself? I am very angry because this is a free world but yet we have had major problem in America ever since the fraud election took place in 2020 and no one is not doing anything about it that piss me off but the government is helpng other country to do what? Especially January 6 where president Donald Trump want the answer for what went down in 2020 election and turn out the Democrats want to destroy Donald Trump and my question where are the real Republican on this issue.

If just a sliver of Hunters' laptop drives doings could be attributed to candidate Donald Trump, you would have been reading it in emails, skywriting, billboards, bus stop benches, bumper stickers, t-shirts and tatoos with media coverage 24/7 before the 2016 election. The reason why it seems near impossible for horrible legislative actions the People do not want, to be modified or repealed, is that many Republicans are actually Democrats, but no Democrats are actually Republicans. Grass roots rectification at the state authority down, will eventually flush out the Progressive Socialist vermin at the Federal level. But it took time to deteriorate to this point (think the JFK assassination as a starting point), and it will take time to rectify the untrustworthy federal servant of the States. Meanwhile, the Jokester is unconstitutionally building a domestic army of armed tax collectors along with the DOJ with even judicial authority to try, quite contrary to the oath of office he took that he will to the best of his ability, "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States". I agree with you but I have a question and that is does anyone knows exactly where this nation is headed? because we had a fraud election in 2020 no one seem to care, and biden is out of control with the southern border, and the way he did with Afganastand, and there was no gas in Georgia, and the gas price is all time high what's wrong with this picture?
