The only officials responsible for the migrant problem are Democrats... It is the Democrats who are running the administration and they must dfend the border. The Democrats are responsible for every illegal alien in the country.
The GOP wants the illegal aliens to remain where they are. Texas and every border state need to send ALL illegal aliens to DC... Drop them off with instructions on how to visit the White House and Congress. Fill the Streets of DC with them. Let the Democrats in Congress take care o the problem...
