    Judges are to serve ONLY IN TIMES OF GOOD BEHAVIOR... activist judges exceed theier authority and jurisdiction... that is bad behavior.  Pull their Presidential Commissions and remove them from their offices. By force if necessary. 

    See Article 2, Section 3 (commissions/appointments) and Article 3, Section 1 of the US Constitution.

    The delusional activist judges keep claiming illegals "can't be deported without due process" - - and that is A LOAD OF CRAP;  due process is granted to US CITIZENS, according to the US CONSTITUTION - - "illegal aliens" HAVE NO RIGHTS, under the US Constitution!

    They are ALIENS (the enemy) and are entitled to either a quick trip back to their motherland, OR a l.o.n.g term in a cage - - PERIOD!!

      If you are correct, June and DLR, and I do believe you are, then Truimp must know this also.  So then, why does he not thumb his nose at them and do as he wishes?  They could go after Trump but they would get slammed by the SCOTUS.  What do you people think?
