EOs do not have the authority to authorize unconstitutional acts or violations of statutory law... those LEOs and intel technicians who chose to follow an illegal EO are not exempt from prosecution for violations of the law and Constitution... the Nuremberg defense of: "I was only obeying orders doesn't work."
Executive Orders are administrative in their nature... they are not law. EOs wete originally intend to guide the Administration's civil servants on the policy of the President, where the law permitted a range of discretionary actions. That precept has been distorted to the point that EOs often ignore constitutional and statutory law.
EOs today are being used to subvert the statujtory law and Constitution... by corrupt members of the Administrative State.
Since the, so called, Patriot Act was passed, we no longer have a Constitution. It's interesting that the bobble heads for the NWO keep passing laws that they have already been breaking for years! This country is so far gone, it's just amazing to me.

The Patriot Act MAY NOT SET ASIDE THE US CONSTITUTION and in effect, it has not... it is the PEOPLE who use its unconstitutional law to operate UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW ... The constitution exists... However, it is being subverted by the Deep State and its illegal acts under the color of law.
The solution is major reform which requires an active people to implement... we need leadership, organization, and resourcing.. to effectively return government to its Constitutional role n America... federal, state, and local governments all need reforming.
