The President's EO is unconstitutional on its face... where is Congress and more importantly where are the GOP Leaders... including the Governors as this is a blatant violation of the 1st, 4th, and 5th, Amendments. Those LEOs and Intel technicians who act on this EO are violating several statutory laws and the 1st, 4th and 5th Amendments. The suppression of free speech, and engaging in unwarranted searches and intrusions by the government is illegal. Where probable cause has been established... sufficientto warrant the monitoring of PERSONS (4th Amendment) or their property, letters, and effects a warrant must issue. The 5th Amendment and statutory law requires due process be followed, BEFORE invading the privacy of US Citizens. The taking, taping, or monitoring, of personal conversations, correspondence, papers, and effects of US citizens require warrants issued upon evidence of probable cause that a law has been violated. A Presidential EO doesn't qualify as having lawful authority to violate the US Constitution or statutory law.
This is nothing new but now they feel condident enough to tell us they are going to do. They do not care what the constitution say or any law says they know nobody is going to stop them from doing whatever they damn well please. Only one thing gonna stop them at this point and I just don't think the ople are up for it. The Republic is lost and has been since oboma was illegally allowed to occupy the peoples house. The EO was likely issued to give leverage and some cover to the use of unlawful acts by intel and LEO officers who question the lawful execution of such unlawful orders. They want the failed Nuremberg defense... I was just following orders.
