Everytime I hear this man talk, I am constantly shocked at how demented (as in having some form of dementia) he is. It seems he is getting worse and worse ever since he took office. Unfortunately when he was in the Senate; he was thought by other Senators to be the least intelligent person in the Senate. He certainly has not gotten any better. And even people in the Obama Administration claimed he was on the wrong side of every foreign relations policy (as well as his Secrertary of State, Blinken). We have seen proof of both those statements over and over and over again.
