One can not CODIFY an UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW... the SCOTUS has ruled Roe vs. Wade was unconstitutional and that no right to an abortion exists on the federal level... Any law to the contrary should be DOA ... unenforceable. The States would immediately challenge it in federal court. The Left is delusional, one can not codify unconstitutional law...
