Pres. Biden doesn't want to talk to XI... he doesn't have a plan or anything to discuss with XI. If he really wanted to talk with XI and could not get him to come to the phone... HE CAN CALL IN CHINA'S AMBASSADOR to give him a prepared statement with a list of grievances and subjects that need discussion. Inform the Ambassador to deliver it in person... and NOT TO COME BACK WITHOUT AN ANSWER or XI's phone call.
At the same time ... withdraw the US Ambassador to China. Explain to China's foreign minister our ambassador will return when Xi responds to the President's phone calls.
This is such BS... Biden probably dialed the wrong number or when Xi answered forgot what he was calling about an hung up... necessitating a cover story... that XI won't take his calls.
He no longer serves a purpose, the last thing they wanted from him is to allow their spy balloon to fly across the entire country, collecting all the info they wanted! Biden is treasonous, he has been selling information to China and Russia for decades, getting rich on it. People like him must be hung, otherwise this will never stop!
