I used to think Jimmy Carter was bad but biden makes Carter look like angel...

One can picture Biden as a child telling his Mother to stop making "Cookies" because it made the kitchen too warm for him. One can picture Biden's Mother explaining, "Honey if I do that, we will have to buy our ' Cookies at the Store', and 'Will not any money to help your poor cousin Millie and Her Family."
