    He gave our sweet grade oil to China for penny's on the dollar, IF he refills ANYTHING it will be with low grade tar class oil for twice the price! They don't plan on the American citizens to get a nickel out of selling our oil to other countries.

    Refill the reserves by end of this year. Then make it a big deal to release the reserves again. They must be kept full and used a plan to refill must be in place first.
