Can Steve Eichler, or anyone, answer this question for me??

Since Congress (supposedly) controls the purse strings, just "how" do slojoe and the Kamal have access to ALL this $$$$ that they keep sending to Ukraine (or anywhere else)??

I have posted this before: Please note McConnell stating the money doesn't go to Ukraine. It goes to 'our' defense contractors, who are owned by Blackrock.

Some senior Senate Republicans are joining their Democratic colleagues and the White House in pressing House Republicans to back additional spending to support Ukraine in its war against Russia.

“The money we’re talking about doesn’t go to Ukraine,” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said on the Senate floor Thursday, according to CQ. “It goes to defense manufacturing facilities all

across America and supports tens of thousands of American jobs.”

The Ukraine funding is emerging as a major obstacle as lawmakers try to reach agreement on a stopgap spending bill to keep the government open past the end of the month. It is unclear how a shutdown would immediately impact the military, including service member pay, as Military Times reported.

Cannot make this stuff up. How many Americans will get this info. Pass it on where ever you can. Hopefully Trump will get this info and pass it on. I also would like to know how this got approved. Does it not have to go through the Republican Congress?
