For those who have actually studied Our History, it has never been Congresses, or Presidents, nor Governors who held hostage any form of "Legislation." It has always been a Maneuver from One Political Party or Another. The fault for this lay with the American People who either forgot or surrendered their Sovereignty, Ruler Ship, to the Governments, the Servants. We, The People allowed the Political Parties to become The Fire That Will Consume. In effect We allowed ourselves to be manipulated into believing one or the other side wore White Hats against the Black Hats! We abandoned the concept of "Volunteer Citizens" to represent Our Will in those Seats of Government. Until such time as We, The People demand our rightful place as Sovereign Rulers, we will continue to become more as Slaves to a Dying Nation.
