I thought all monies drawn from the US Treasury must first be appropriated by Congress. Under what appropriation bill or act was President Biden authorized to send 100 million in aid to Gaza? I thought the Government was going to shut down as funding for the government had not been appropriated for the current FY... the 100 million for Gaza included.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 7 US Constitution (Appropriations Clause):
"No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time."

The first half of this clause indicates that Congress must first legally appropriate funds to be spent... BEFORE the funds can be released from the Treasury. The Appropriation Clause serves as a powerful check on the executive branch, the Constitution secures Congress's power of the purse.
Congress is not doing its job... It needs to IMPEACH the President for spending funds without first being appropriated by Congress...
The Supreme Court has ruled that the Constitution directs that no money can be paid out of the Treasury unless an act of Congress has appropriated it. Where is the Act of Congress permitting the President to direct the US Treasury to send $100 million to Gaza? Congress should sue the Administration immediately to stop this and other funding violations by the President.
It is past time that Congress enact Articles of Impeachment detailing several serious charges... to remove President Biden and VP Harris from their offices... VP Harris should be Impeached for violations of her oath of office and failure to qualify for the Office of Vice-President as a 'natural born 'citizen'.
