The US Constitution provides eligibility requirements for becoming President and VP... one must be a natural-born citizen... born in the USA of two US Citizens... gives one no other option than to be a natural born citizen. This speech is probably a prelude to justifying VP Harris being VP and or becoming President.... Being a Natural-born citizen is defined in several places by our founders and others at the time of our founding... and it was meant to keep any possible foreign entanglements from influencing the highest office in the land... the US President.
