Seriously, I hope and pray Covenant Trucking will contact Senator Marsha Blackburn, who represents Tennessee; she is an unabashed, unfearful firebrand and will be ALL OVER slo-joe and the DOJ in a hot minute. I have not seen her mention this particular issue, so she may not be aware of it yet.

I would suspect this will not hold up in court, But with most of the liberal socialist communist judges we have running the courts it may very well hold up..This case may end up heading to the supreme court unless it may by accident ends up in front of a common sense Judge that understands immigration laws and is willing to enforce them

as far as Ben Carson (super nice guy) for VP, I'm not convinced that's the best Trump could do. He needs someone who can take the ball when Trump is done and run with it. He made a major mistake last time with his VP pick, this time it must be someone extremely capable, someone the people will look up to, someone we know can continue what Trump started, someone the world looks up to, or at least they fear him!

First and foremost... the US Constituiton clearly states:
"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA."
The last time I checked We the People of the United States of America were not foreign nationals in our country illegally. Illegal aliens have no constitutional rights, they are not part of the United States. Impeach all justice who don't understand this precept in our Constitutional law.
Next, implied or inferred Federal Powers ARE NOT CONSTITUTIONAL powers. The Constituiton doesn't imply or infer the powers granted to the Federal Government by the States and the People. The Constitution authorizes 18 SPECIFIC Written POWERS as provided for in Article 1, Section 8. The Federal Government has reached way beyond its Constitutional powers in Article 1, Section 8, Clauses 1-18, ' as further defined in Articles 1, Section 9, and the 9th and 10th Amendments.
The Pre-Ambel was not intended to provide the Federal Government cart blanch to disparage and usurp the State's and the People's powers. The Constituiton doesn't SPECIFICALLY GRANT the Federal Government the power to regulate... education, social standards, energy, labor, or intra-state commerce... among other jurisdictional overreach for powers.
Article 1, Section 8, Clause 18 is the controlling legal authority for the Federal government powers... it follows:

Clause 18 Necessary and Proper Clause:
"To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof."
This clause is not an authorization to make law and to regulate government where the Constitution has not SPECIFICALLY granted such power to the Federal Government. Unworthy and dubious politicians and agents of th Judiciary have jumped on to this clause and the Pre-Ambel to usurp the State; s of the Union and the People's powers.
This must stop... and the first step is to remove all of the current federal bench... How... by rewriting the Federal Judiciary Act and REDISTRICTING (reauthorizing) the Federal Courts. Thus removing the seats of most of the federal judiciary with one BILL... the Federal Judiciary Act. The faithful Judges can be reappointed to a new bench... put the bad ones on a list for disbarment and possible criminal prosecution. No one is above the law.
Once the Courts are open with constitutionally sound judges sitting on the bench Congress can then reorganize the federal government returning it to COnstitutional order. Draining the swamp starts with reestablishing Constitutional Law and removing those WOKE judges who find it difficult to read or to determine what makes a person a man or woman.
As long as those justices are allowed to remain on the bench there will be no reform... Government is the execution and administration of law... government is only as good as its laws and the justices administering them.
