President Joe Biden will deliver a prime-time address “on the continued battle for the soul of the nation” Thursday outside Independence Hall in Philadelphia, the White House announced Monday.
Billed as a major address just over two months before the midterm elections, Biden, the White House said, will discuss how the nation's standing in the world and its democracy are at stake.
“He will talk about the progress we have made as a nation to protect our democracy, but how our rights and freedoms are still under attack," the White House said. "And he will make clear who is fighting for those rights, fighting for those freedoms, and fighting for our democracy.”

Biden wouldn't know what a Democracy is. Nor do most Democrats.
How can someone who is trying to destroy Democracy in this country possibly deliver a speech on democracy. If we look at the characteristics of a democratic government; the Biden has already failed ir is failing on all of them.
1) Constitution - how many times has Biden overstepped the Constitution 2) Free and fair elections and popular sovereignity - We all know there are many indications the last election was rigged and I don't know about you but I feel my choice in the matter was deverly violated. 3) Majority Rule - see comments above. 4) Individual rights- let's see trying to do away with the 2nd and 4th amendments for example 5) Citizen participation - does anyone hear think our concerns and viewpoints will be taken seriously by the de"mock"rat party. 6) Equlity - it has been replaced with Equity which is neither equal or equitable. 7) Rule of law - Uh like the summer of love, raiding the FPOTUS for political reasons, the Russia Hoax 8) Free and Independent Media - the msm is no better [maybe even worse] then Pravda.
