When the 2020 presidential election suddenly turned toward the Democrats and the results put Joe Biden in the office of the president instead of the incumbent Donald Trump, there was a massive outcry in America. Not only were all attempts by President Trump and Republicans to call for recounts and address obvious problems in numerous states with voting procedures, but the new Democrat administration even attempted to blame President Trump for the valid protests of Americans in Washington D.C. over the election results.
While the media has played up the attacks against Trump in regard to that election, there have been events not reported in the media as a lawsuit quietly proceeds in regard to those events in 2020 and the actions since that is directly in opposition to the U.S. Constitution.
What the plaintiff/appellant, Raland Brunson of Ogden, Utah, and his three brothers seek is nothing less than the removal of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris from office, arguing members of Congress failed to fulfill their constitutional duty on Jan. 6, 2021, by not reviewing allegations of fraud in the 2020 presidential election, Western Journal reports.

As Huckabee himself said, "PLEASE consider this the longest of long shots..." I agree. Given no historical precedent, the most favorable SCOTUS ruling would still fall short of "flip(ping) 2020." Hypothetically, at best, SCOTUS would likely remand this task to the House of Reprentatives, whose tone deaf status quo seems poised to block a legislatively mandated return of Donald Trump.
If McCarthy still gets Speaker, would he return the favor of Trump's support by willingly assisting his return, if SCOTUS rules in favor of the brothers?

I think you're right, unfortunately.
McCarthy wouldn't return the favor any more than DeSantis is returning any favors. These people use Trump and then turn against him. This despicable behavior has people on this site criticize Trump for the selection of people he supports and promotes.
That's exactly what I was implying. I would be stunned to see McCarthy show any loyalty or patriotism. He serves himself and his pocketbook. There is some strange reason they are all millionaires in less than 5 yrs., it may be more like 3 years.
I am only saying that DeSantis is the establishment candidate. The GOP leadership and big donors are already lining up to support and buy him. You have the right to want more of the same, keep rinos and demonrats in charge. I am certain that we the people will prevail eventually.
He saw an opportunity to trash Trump.....he never passes up a chance to do that! It was a lot nicer when he stayed away......no one was demeaning, and nasty to other members!

You were all in on Trump until January 2021. I suppose you will tell us next that the election wasn't stolen because Trump could have kept the presidency if he really wanted to but he was too weak and he didn't man up. - Flip-flopping at its best! You put John Kerry to shame!
I think you might be the only one on this site, who didn't vote for Trump in 2020. Surely, you could not vote for someone who disappointed you for four years and who was such a horrible president.
