Really, SUSPECTED? Most informed individuals knew as soon as Barr, Wray, AND SESSIONS were nominated that they all were deep-state operatives. They were recommended to Pres. Trump by the establishment Republicans… first clue.

Frankly, the top 1/3rd of the DOJ and FBI management are deep-state operatives… protected by and answering to the establishment. This problem is central to our government's lawless conduct by its top executives.
Trump should always review recommendations for an appointment to high office.. certainly, the AG, his assistants, and the Dir. and his assistances needed Trumps personal review and research before recommending them for their offices. It is obvious hPree didn't do his homework.

While these people did the deed and caused so much damage they go unpunished......while Trump is guilty of being misled by a bunch of traitors on the Republican side. He was attacked from within by those who should have been sharing and advancing his agenda for the republic.
