B.S.! A human brain isn't able to think until they are far older then that. Until then, they function on impulse alone! The deciding factor here is the parents! If the parents continue to dress and treat a boy as a girl or opposite, the kid is programed & the results will be understandable. These kids don't have the ability to decide an important matter like this and the end results can NOT be reversed. "Experts" like this are a big part of our problem!
