In the latest twist, the Justice Department disclosed to a federal court Tuesday it has located a new page of notes from Peter Strzok, the former lead FBI agent in the Russia collusion investigation, that are exculpatory to former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
Acting U.S. Attorney Michael Sherwin informed U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan of the discovery in a midday court filing, revealing the single page of notes were believed to have been taken by Strzok during the critical juncture of early January 2017 when FBI agents recommended shutting down their investigation of Flynn only to be overruled by FBI superiors.
"This page of notes was taken by former Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok. While the page itself is undated; we believe that the notes were taken in early January 2017, possibly between January 3 and January 5," Sherwin wrote in the motion. The prosecutor said it was possible more documents may be produced to the court.
The page of notes were not made public with the filing because they are currently subject to a protective order.
A source directly familiar with the discovery of the document told Just the News they include one paragraph of notes believed to be taken around Jan. 4, 2017, the date Strzok relayed a request from FBI leadership to the lead agent in the Flynn case asking him not to shut down the investigation as had been planned. The notes are "highly exculpatory," the source said, declining to describe them more fully because they are under seal.

P/S it is the duty of the AG to supervise the FBI and to replace agents or to recommend the removal of key members of the FBI's upper management... AG Barr hasn't been able to do that or he is unwilling to take that action... it is the President who has to lead the charge when it should be the AG ... taking the heat for removal. AG Barr once more is not properly shielding the President... where such controversy can be avoided by the AG doing his job and insisting that it is his job and DECISION... not the Presidents.
Trump is Barr's boss. Trump is law and order. He needs to impose his authority and I am sure he will.

Trump is a great President but he has some serious challenges that he barely put a dent in: immigration (legal and illegal), the wall,(400 mils out of 2000), draining the swamp (zero effect), reforming medical insurance, reigning in insurrection, balancing the budget, ending abortion, all need real progress.
Is Pres. Trump our best hope... yes! Is he perfect no! Should we let him know when we are disappointed with his accomplishments or lack thereof... Yes! Is he taking care to enforce the laws of the United States effectively... not yet! Even more importantly, we need to let the GOP know the gig is up... Either get on board with the President or retire and let those who will work with the President take your seat on the Trump Express... to make America Great Again.
No, Trump is not Jesus Christ. But Trump accomplished a lot in the first 3 1/2 years. Look at the USA today and compare it under the obummer years. Remember the deficits he ran up during the Great Recession? Rember the race wars he tried to start? The deal with his friends in Iran? The global warming bs? The list goes on. Now tell me again how you cannot support Trump 100%. Just because he isn't doing any miracles for you?
So far, Trump has failed to bring the AG and the DOJ/FBI leadership to take care that the laws of the United States are faithfully executed... Trump may be for law and order but those he needs to enforce law and order are balking and obfuscating, while the nation burns and radical domestic terrorism and systemic institutional corruption and insurrection are out of control.
All of Trump's AGs have been ineffective... or worse. Most have been enablers of the Deep State and its operatives in Government. Can anyone name any of the three AG's who aggressively engaged the prosecution of the Deep State or the left-wing Domestic Terrorist carrying on with open insurrection... not to mention Hillary Clinton or James Comey... et al. jJust how has Pres. Trump's AG's supported our President in his battle against rouge elements in the Swamp? It is more like they have added to the swamp not drained it.
Another vailed criticism of Trump, this time for his lack of leadership and authority? Why do say he lets those that need to enforce law and order balk and obfuscate? Instead, why don't you say that you trust Trump no matter what and you trust his ability to take total control of law enforcement and the judiciary so that he can finally clean up the swamp? You can also give Trump credit for his tremendous achievements in his first 3 1/2 years. Think about how great America is today compared to 2016! And don't forget he had to fight this rino sessions for a while, too!

Trump to run our Country not to acquiesce to the Deep State. It is the Public's duty to let the President know when they are disappointed in him. Great leaders expect and even invite constructive criticism, it stimulates their thought process and warns of error, before a problem becomes a crisis. You would make a good Brown Shirt in Hitlers Sturmabteilung... SS... blind obeisance does not make for good government.
Next thing you know you'll tell us how great the fake news are, how great it is that the judiciary works against Trump, how great it is to have fierce, un-American and destructive opposition from rinos and democrats.....

Please check the brand of Tea your drinking... it certainly isn't Tea Party Tea... We are not the sycophants of any party or individual. We support the best man or woman running for public office and expect our leaders to lead and to keep ALL OF THEIR PROMISES. I am a true Constitutionalist and find no other law so rightly fit and joined together as to provide for the general welfare of us all than the original intent contained in our TIMELESS CONSTITUTION. I also find that both political parties treat the Constitution with contempt... knowing it limits government they are constantly working to redefine it.
You obviously have not read my posts over the past 10 or more years... If you had you would find I am consistent in calling a spade a spade and speaking truth to power... as best I can. I often refer to the MSM as Pravda and Izvestia west ... the propaganda arm of the Marxist Democrats... hardly the dominion of true journalism.
